Announcing Single-Sign-On for Jim Ellis team members!

We’re starting to roll out the new Jim Ellis Team Hub soon. You might be wondering, “What is the Hub?” Well, it's a place where you can find all the company apps you use every day. With the Hub, you only need to sign in once with one password to access everything. This means no more logging in over and over! Apps like CDK Drive, E-Leads, MyKaarma, the ADP portal, and many more will be available when the Hub launches in a few weeks. We will share more information soon about how to use the Hub, how it will change your daily work, and when it will be ready for your location.

We need your help!

Earlier this year, from March to June, our IT team updated computers at the dealerships to get ready for the Hub. We tried to make sure we updated every computer, but it’s possible we missed a few, especially laptops or mobile devices that weren’t there during the update. If your computer did not get the update, we need to fix it soon so you won’t have problems using the Hub. If your computer wasn’t updated, you won’t be able to use CDK when the Hub starts.

How do I check if my computer is ready? It’s easy! A few weeks ago, we added a “Jim Ellis Hub” link to all company computer desktops. If you don’t see this link, restart your computer first to see if it shows up. If it still doesn’t appear, go to jimellishelp.com to open a ticket and let IT know you need help. The helpdesk will find out what needs to be done so your computer is ready for the Hub.
